Government Spokesperson: ‘Mauritania is determined to support Mali in the crisis it is going through’

Mr. Mokhtar Ould Dahi, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament, the Official Spokesperson for the Government, has affirmed that the Mauritanian Government is determined to contribute to everything that would help the Malian people to overcome the momentary crisis it is currently going through, within the framework of a regional and international effort. During a news conference on 9 February to comment on the meeting of the Council of Ministers, he recalled that the two countries are linked by ancestral bonds of fraternity and neighborhood and by common interests.
