Palestinian Ambassador Bids Farewell to Foreign Minister

At the end of his mission in Mauritania, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine, HE Mr. Majid Hedib, was received, Tuesday in Nouakchott, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed. During the meeting, the Minister expressed his satisfaction with the level of development of relations uniting the two brotherly countries, reiterating Mauritania’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause. Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed finally thanked the Palestinian diplomat for his role in bringing the two countries closer together, wishing him further success in his professional life. For his part, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine highly appreciated the always favorable attitude shown towards him by the Mauritanian public authorities. He added that the Palestinian citizen enjoys special treatment wherever he is in Mauritania. The meeting was attended by the Director of Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed El Hanchi Kettab.
