The Prime Minister Mohamed Bilal Messoud stressed that the forums of revitalization of the administrative apparatus are part of the implementation of the commitments of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, to the Mauritanian people in his plan for a future Mauritania.
The Prime Minister added that the consolidation of the foundations of a modern state, which is fully occupying its prestigious place among nations, is a fundamental objective that the government is committed to fulfill at all levels. The government ‘s endeavor aims at realizing the President of the Republic ‘s commitments to the Mauritanian people and his Project for a Mauritania that grants each of his citizens his rights, offers him justice, live with dignity ,and to be proud of his belonging.
He stressed that Covid-19 pandemic and its resulting economic and social crises imposed a global rethinking about the public affairs management organizations and the state’s role in such institutions. In this context, the state becomes again the only actor and the first responsible for all policies at all levels; the public service remained the sole undisputed tool to face the worst scenarios.
