President of Republic Offers Condolences to Malian Counterpart

On 26 December, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani had a telephone conversation with his Malian counterpart, His Excellency Mr. Bah N’Daw. During the conversation, the President of the Republic offered his condolences to His Excellency the President of Mali following the death, on Friday, of the national personality, Mr. Soumaila Cisse. His Excellency asked the Malian President to convey his sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and to the brotherly Malian people for such a great loss. The telephone conversation was also an opportunity to discuss cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to develop and strengthen them in various fields. The two parties also discussed the main issues of common interest and the means to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.
