President of Republic Congratulates Zimbabwean Counterpart

On 17 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Emmerson Mnangagwa, the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, on the occasion of his country's National Day: “Excellency and dear brother, On the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of your country, it is a pleasure for me to express to Your Excellency my warm congratulations, wishing the brotherly people of Zimbabwe further progress and prosperity.
