President of Republic Returns From Dakar

On 21 March, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, returned to Nouakchott from Dakar after taking part in the ninth edition of the World Water Forum at the invitation of his Senegalese counterpart, Mr. Macky Sall. Upon his arrival at Oumtounsy international airport in Nouakchott, the President of the Republic was welcomed by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal Massoud, the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic; the Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic; members of the government, the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, the Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Wali of Western Nouakchott, and the Vice-President of the regional council of the capital. The President of the Republic was accompanied during this trip by a large delegation comprising: -Mohamed El Hacen Ould Boukhreiss, the Minister of Water and Sanitation; -Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lamine, the Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic; -Mohamed Yahya Ould Teiss, the Ambassador of Mauritania to Senegal; -Mohamed Lamine Ould Aboye Ould Cheikh El Hadrami, an Officer in Charge of Special Duties at the Presidency of the Republic; -El Hacen Ould Ahmed, the Director-General of State Protocol.
