Minister of Culture Returns to Nouakchott

Mr. Mokhtar Ould Dahi, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesman, returned to Nouakchott on 21 December from the United Arab Emirates after participating in the 22nd conference of Arab ministers in charge of cultural affairs.
