On 8 October, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, received, on the sidelines of the work of the Africa-Italy ministerial conference in Rome, the Managing Director of the International Development Law Organization (IDLO).
The meeting focused on the different aspects of cooperation between Mauritania and this organization, which allows governments and populations to reform laws and strengthen institutions to promote peace, justice, sustainable development, and economic opportunities.
It should be noted that our country joined the IDLO more than two years ago.
