Foreign Minister Meets Kuwaiti Counterpart in Cairo

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, met Tuesday in Cairo Mr. Cheikh Ahmed Al Nasser Al Mohamed Al Soubah , Kuwaiti Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, head of the current session of the Arab League ministerial council. During the meeting, the minister of foreign affairs congratulated his counterpart on his presidency of the current session of the Arab League council and wished him success. He affirmed the gratitude of Mauritanian government for the debt settlement, praising the strength of the bilateral relations between the two countries. On his part, the Kuwaiti minister highlighted the deepness of the bilateral relations, affirming Kuwait’s will to enhance and develop the cooperation with Mauritania at all levels, hailing the role of Mauritania in the success of Kuwait’s presidency of the current session of the Arab League Council.
