Signature of a Pre-financing Agreement for the Regional SD3C Project

The Minister of Economic Affairs and Productive Sectors ,M Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, signed ,Saturday,13 February, with Nadine Gbossa, African Division Manager of the International Fund for Agriculture development(IFAD), on sides of the G5Sahel Council Ministers meeting in N’Djamena, Tchad, the agreement of release of a financing worth 23,6 million USD(80%, of it as a gift, and 20% highly concessional loan), destined to the project SD3C (Sahel joint program in response for covid-19, conflicts and climate change). The Mauritanian side of the project will be followed by PROGRES project for a period of six years
