Foreign Affairs Minister Receives US Ambassador

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismaël Ould Cheikh Ahmed, received Tuesday in Nouakchott, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Mauritania, His Excellency Mr.Michael Dodman. During the meeting, both parties discussed the ways and means to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries and the regional and international issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohamed El Hanchi El Ketab, Ambasssador, general director of the bilateral relations administration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould Shemra , Ambassador, manager of the two Americas, and Mr. Abou Bakar Ba, head of department at the same administration.
